Dr. Brett Hill is an Australian chiropractor and wellness expert. He co-hosts two health podcasts, is a public speaker, Paleo advocate, barefoot runner and author of numerous books and e-books. His media appearances, coaching, and seminars have inspired people all over the world to make drastic changes for the better in their life and their health.

The team at DFC were extremely privileged to hear him speak at a Chiropractic Conference a couple of years ago – he even signed Dr. Kelly’s copy of this book! Dr. Brett is incredibly inspiring and his unique philosophy is understandable, relatable and informed.
