Dynamic Family Chiropractic
Award Winning Chiropractic Care in the heart of Caversham, Reading, Berkshire
Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care is based on the knowledge that any stress to your nerve system interferes with your body’s natural ability to heal itself and can in turn lead to ill health.

Subluxation
Any altered spinal motion that interferes with the flow of energy and information from your brain to your body and your body to your brain is known as subluxation.

Adjustments
Subluxation stops your body performing at its best and it’s through safe, gentle and effective adjustments, we as Chiropractors can help you redress that balance.

Focus
Improving the function of your nerve system to encourage the free flow of energy and information from your brain to your body and your body to your brain.
Pregnancy Care
We care for many pregnant ladies ensuring they have the best physical function but also by helping them function at their best for optimal heath, birth and wellbeing.

Accreditation
Our practice is registered with the government body, the General Chiropractic Council, the ICPA and proud to be members of the United Chiropractic Association.
Common Symptoms
Chiropractic care is about much more than pain relief, which may surprise you to know, can be straightforward to achieve
Back Pain
With an in-depth knowledge of the spine, nerve system and human body, we as Chiropractors can offer care that helps with improved nerve system and spinal function and usually significant symptomatic relief.
Neck Pain
Because our head is supported by our spines this, unfortunately, can make our neck prone to damage through altered, repetitive postures, general ‘wear and tear’ or an accident.
Shoulder Pain
The shoulder is a highly mobile joint which means that good, solid shoulder function is dependent on the co-ordination of many muscle groups surrounding it.
Headaches
With more than 10 million people in the UK experiencing regular headaches this health challenge can be more than a pain in the neck.
Sports Injuries
Whether you’re a keen golfer, fair-weather tennis player or determined runner, you will know how debilitating it feels when an injury leaves you benched.
Elderly Care
As the years increase that doesn’t mean we have to see a decrease in our health.

Never felt better since starting my adjustments on my back. Better posture, general health improvements, improved sleep and mental awareness every day. Great practice with friendly staff and great owners in Liam and Kelly. A family, friendly, chiropractic clinic that I would recommend to anyone that needs adjustments.
